Our products are shipped worldwide. All packages will be sent via tracked delivery. All orders will be delivered to the customer in 3-5 working days depending on your country. We do not ship on Bank or Public Holidays. For customers located outside of the UK, EU or US, you can email the team via firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be in contact, regarding your location and will provide individual pricing unless stated at checkout.
For orders outside of the UK, EU or US, any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order, will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs. Delivery costs are based on the weight of the products you are purchasing along with the destination country. These prices have been included into the cost price of each item. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), however, should this be the case, we will aim to inform you, as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us regarding your order.
In the event that you are not available for your delivery, it will either be posted through your letterbox or the courier will notify you of the delivery attempt and inform you of how to rearrange delivery or collection of the product(s).
